Fans can expect Packers of big improvement in 2009

The Packers' performance in 2008 season was really awful. In order to improve in 2009 season, the team did a lot of things.

First, the Packers promoted Shawn Slocum from his special teams assistant position to Special Teams Coordinator after Mike Stock's retirement. Slocum is an experience coach who coached 15 college seasons for four different schools.

Then, the Packers began to sign qualified players to their roster. Tramon Williams, Jarrett Bush, Michael Montgomery, and so on, and so on. We can see clearly that the Packers are trying to improve both defense and offense.

It can not be said to be a bad strategy. It is good enough to improve the Packers a lot. Packer fans can expect that 2009 will be a better year for the Packers.
